2000 Greenville Ave is a 10,000-square-foot building located in the heart of Dallas’ Lower Greenville Avenue district. The property was acquired through a partnership in late 2019.

Properties in this area are difficult to acquire due to limited availability and strong demand. Through Gideon’s market knowledge and established relationships with owners in the area, Gideon was able to acquire the property from the previous owner, who had held the asset for more than 50 years.

Gideon began redevelopment of the property in early 2022. The building is now 100% leased with a strong mix of local and national tenants. The successful lease-up has positioned the property to provide excellent returns to partners while supporting the long-term hold strategy for the asset.
